1) All Private label orders are non-refundable and non-returnable as they are custom made to order.

2) Because of the nature of the following items, we cannot accept returns on:

 Essential Oils, Fragrance Oils, Herbs & Botanicals, Carrier Oils, Powders and Salts, Pigments, Colorants, and Dyes. Special mix products and most wholesale and private label items.

3) All of our product is weighed, mixed, bottled, and labeled at the time of order to ensure quality and freshness.

 Each bottle is hand labeled which adds to the hand made feel and rustic flavor of our products.

4) Like the expensive brands, our products come in convenient packaging. But we don't spend a lot of money on fancy labeling -

instead we prefer to pass those savings on to our clients. After all, isn't

it the product that's important?
